  • 3 Bed / 2 Bath: $170 – $210
  • 4+ Bedrooms: Starting at $220

Deep cleaning

Add $50 – $100+ to standard rate. Includes baseboards, detailed scrubbing, and buildup removal.

Move-in / Move-out cleaning

Starting at $250+ ($0.25 – $0.40 per sq ft depending on condition).

Commercial cleaning

  • Small Office (Under 2,000 sq ft): $150 – $300 per visit
  • Mid-Size Office (2,000–5,000 sq ft): $300 – $600 per visit
  • Large Facility (5,000+ sq ft): Custom quote required
